WHAT YOU'LL DO

A full Vegas night out made easy, planned, reserved, and ready. Available 7 nights a week for groups of 4 to 100+. Start times are shown at booking. This private Nightclub on Wheels experience includes:

STEP 1: Free entry to Coyote Ugly at New York-New York, high-energy bar with live performances, plus piano bar entry with cover waived.

STEP 2: A private 1-hour limo or party bus ride. Mixers, ice, cups, napkins, straws, and bottled water are included. Alcohol is not included or provided by GXP Tours. After pickup, your driver will make a quick stop at a nearby liquor store so a member of your group can go inside, purchase alcohol directly, and bring it onto the vehicle.

STEP 3: Photo stop at the legendary Welcome to Las Vegas Sign.

STEP 4: Complimentary guest-list entry at a participating Las Vegas nightclub. Restrictions apply for special events, major holiday weekends, and sold-out nights.

The vehicle portion is completely private
Your group has the limo or party bus exclusively. There are no strangers onboard.

Is transportation to Coyote Ugly and back from the nightclub included?

No, transportation TO the starting location and return transportation AFTER the nightclub are not included. You will need to arrange your own transportation for these parts of the experience.

What is the dress code for the nightclubs?

How long will this experience last?

Depending on how late you decide to stay at the nightclub, the experience typically lasts 3-6 hours.

• 1 hour at Coyote Ugly
• 1 hour on the party bus/limo (including the quick liquor store stop)
• 1-4 hours at the nightclub

What kind of drinks are provided onboard?

Alcohol is not included or provided by GXP Tours. The vehicle includes mixers, ice, cups, napkins, straws, and bottled water. After pickup, your driver will make a quick stop at a nearby liquor store so a member of your group can go inside, purchase what the group wants directly from the store, and bring it onto the vehicle.

Can we bring our own drinks on the Party Bus?

Yes. Guests age 21 or older may bring alcohol they purchased themselves. You may bring it with you, or purchase it during the quick liquor-store stop after vehicle pickup. GXP Tours does not purchase, sell, or provide alcohol.

Can we choose our own pickup and drop-off locations for the Party Bus?

Yes, you may choose your own pickup and drop-off locations for your party bus if you'd like. This must be done at the time of purchase and the locations must be on or within 1 mile of the Strip.

Can we skip Coyote Ugly and/or the nightclub?

Yes, the experience is customizable. Skipping the starting location just means the party bus/limo will pick you up from the location you choose as long as it's within 1 mile of the Las Vegas Blvd Strip. And skipping the nightclub just means you'll be dropped off at your preferred location as long as it's within 1 mile of the Strip. Note: Omnia and LIV nights require the standard itinerary with the earliest start time.

Is there a photographer/videographer available for the experience?

Yes, there is an option to upgrade your experience with a Professional Photographer/Videographer. They will capture all the excitement onboard the party bus for 1 hour, and will provide high-quality pictures and an edited video reel keepsake perfectly formatted for easy social media sharing within 7 days after your experience.

What Type of Party Bus or Party Limo can I expect to get?

Vehicle categories are assigned based on your confirmed group size and fleet availability. The exact make, model, style, color, and configuration are not guaranteed.

Las Vegas experiences extreme summer heat, and vehicles may occasionally require maintenance or become unavailable because of mechanical issues, flat tires, or other unexpected circumstances. If your assigned vehicle becomes unavailable, we may substitute another vehicle with suitable capacity for your group.

Your reservation guarantees transportation for your confirmed group size, not a specific vehicle, color, model, or vehicle shown in photos. Vehicle assignments typically follow the guidelines below.

4-6 people receive:

7-10 people receive:
Sprinter limo

11-12 people receive:

What is the maximum group size for the Nightclub on Wheels experience?

The Nightclub on Wheels experience can accommodate groups of 4 to 100+ people. For groups larger than 40, the party will be split into two buses.

What is the age limit for the Nightclub on Wheels experience?

The Nightclub on Wheels experience is for ages 21 and over only.

Can I smoke or bring food onboard?

Neither food nor smoking are allowed while onboard the vehicle.
