- The time you book this experience for is the time the party limo will pick you up from the lounge.

- The best times to book to ensure a smooth evening would be: 

• For 1-Hour party limo reservations: Book between 9:30pm - 10:00pm. 
• For 2-Hour party limo reservations: Book between 8:30pm - 9:00pm.

- We recommend arriving to the lounge at least 1 hour before your booked party limo pick-up time so you can relax and enjoy your time at the lounge.  Simply use Uber, Lyft or a Taxi to get yourself to the lounge.

- The lounge & nightclub portions of this experience require all guests to follow a dress code. Find details lower down the page.

- The whole experience is usually 4-6 hours long depending on your preferences.

What's Included?

Step 1.  VIP LOUNGE ENTRY

• Kick off your evening with free entry to a popular scenic upscale Las Vegas lounge: Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay or Ghostbar at Palms.
• Suggested arrival time to the lounge is at least 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time.
• Transportation to the lounge is not included. Your party limo will pick you up from the lounge at the time you book this experience for.

Step 2.  PRIVATE PARTY LIMO TOUR

• Your driver will pick you up from the lounge for your 1-hour private party limo tour.  An additional hour can be added on the upgrades page.

• Sip complimentary Champagne & drinks already stocked onboard complete with brand-name mixers, ice, cups, and napkins.  BYOB is also permitted!

• Dance to your favorite playlist while cruising around Las Vegas. 

• Stop at the legendary Las Vegas sign for that Insta-worthy content.
• Gratuity to your driver is included in the package price.

Step 3.  FREE NIGHTCLUB ENTRY

• Keep the party going with complimentary guest list access to a top club in Vegas of your choice!

Wear on-trend and upscale attire such as a collared shirt with slacks or a dress, for example.  No flip flops, sports jerseys, shorts (for men), workout clothes, offensive words or imagery, nudity, baseball caps etc. Even Nike Jordans should be avoided to be on the safe side.  Prohibited items include Find more details HERE.

Party Limo & Party Bus Vehicles

Party limo or party bus model assignments are based on your group size & availability. By nature, vehicle types can't be guaranteed, but will typically follow the list below.

• 4-6 people receive:

• Stretch Sedan or SUV Party Limo

• Paid vehicle upgrade would be a Sprinter Limo.

• 7-10 people receive:

• Sprinter Limo

• Paid vehicle upgrade would be a Sprinter Limo XL

• 11-12 people receive:

• Sprinter Limo XL or Stretch Hummer

• Paid vehicle upgrade would be a Party Bus

• 13-24 people receive:

• Party Bus

• MaxPaid vehicle upgrade would be a Party Bus XL

• 25-40 people receive:

• Party Bus XL

• Groups of 40+ will receive more than one vehicle.

Optional Upgrades

• Add an additional hour on the party limo/bus.

• Add Paparazzi Upgrade: personal photographer and/or videographer on the party limo/bus for 1 hour.

• Trip insurance - change plans or cancel up to 48hrs before your reservation

Can I skip the lounge portion and get picked up elsewhere?

Yes, you may skip the lounge portion and be picked up at a casino/hotel/venue on Las Vegas Blvd aka The Strip.  Simply indicate this via the dropdown options on the checkout page.  If your new pickup location is located outside of Las Vegas Blvd./The Strip additional costs may be incurred.

Is there a dress code required to participate?

Yes, please be sure all participants adhere to the dress code & prohibited items list.  Wear on-trend and upscale attire such as a collared shirt with slacks and or a dress, for example.  No flip flops, sports jerseys, shorts (for men), workout clothes, offensive words or imagery, nudity, baseball caps etc. Even Nike Jordans should be avoided to be on the safe side.  Prohibited items include oversized bags, weapons, outside food/drinks, eye drops, drugs/pills of any kind etc. This list is not exhaustive, see our Dress Code blog at https://gxptours.com/las-vegas-nightclub-pool-party-dress-code/.  All venues have a strict no-drugs policy as well.  Not abiding by the dress code rules may result in denial of entry.  Not abiding by the prohibited items/drugs policy may result in the denial of entry, confiscation of restricted items, an off-property escort and/or involvement by the authorities if necessary.  If anyone if your group is denied entry, no refunds will be given. Venue management reserves all rights.

Is this experience wheel chair accessible?

This experience is not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately, due to the fleet of vehicles not having the necessary mechanism.

What forms of ID are acceptable to participate?

This experience is for ages 21+ only. All participants must have a non-expired, valid Government-Issued photo ID (driver license, passport, State ID).  Venues don’t accept temporary/paper IDs or pictures of IDs. 

Can I skip the nightclub and be dropped off elsewhere?
