Q&A

Is transportation to the lounge and back from the nightclub included?
No, transportation TO the starting lounge and return transportation AFTER the nightclub are not included. You will need to arrange your own transportation for these parts of the experience.

What is the dress code for the nightclubs?

How long will this experience last?

Depending on how late you decide to stay at the nightclub, the experience typically lasts 3-6 hours.

- 1-Hour at the lounge

- 2 Hours on the party bus/limo

- 1-4 Hours at the nightclub 

What kind of drinks are provided onboard?

We provide complimentary sparkling wine and vodka complete with mixers, ice and cups. This experience is for ages 21+ only and all guests will be subject to an ID verification in order to participate.

Can we bring our own drinks on the Party Bus?
Yes, the Party Bus is BYOB friendly. It will already be stocked with complimentary Champagne and premium vodka, complete with mixers, ice, and cups, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks if you prefer something more specific.

Can we choose our own pickup and drop-off locations for the Party Bus?
Yes, you may choose your own pickup and drop-off locations for your party bus if you'd like - this must be done at the time of purchase and the locations must be on or within 1-mile of the Strip.

Can we skip the lounge and/or nightclub?
Yes, the experience is customizable. Skipping the lounge just means the party bus/limo will pick you up from the location you choose as long as it’s within 1-mile of the Las Vegas Blvd Strip. And skipping the nightclub just means you’ll be dropped off at your preferred location as long as it’s within 1-mile of the Strip.

Is there a photographer/videographer available for the experience?
Yes, there is an option to upgrade your experience with a Professional Photographer/Videographer. They will capture all the excitement onboard the party bus for 1-Hour, and will provide high-quality pictures and an edited video reel keepsake perfectly formatted for easy social media sharing within 7 days after your experience.

What Type of Party Bus or Party Limo can I expect to get?

Party limo or party bus model assignments are based on your group size & availability. By nature, vehicle types can't be guaranteed, but will typically follow the list below.

4-6 people receive:

Stretch Sedan or Sprinter Limo

7-10 people receive:

Sprinter Limo

Paid vehicle upgrade would be a Sprinter Limo XL

11-12 people receive:

Sprinter Limo XL or Stretch Hummer

Paid vehicle upgrade would be a Party Bus

13-24 people receive:

Party Bus

MaxPaid vehicle upgrade would be a Party Bus XL

25-40 people receive:

Party Bus XL

What is the maximum group size for the Nightclub on Wheels experience?
The Nightclub on Wheels experience can accommodate groups of 4 to 100+ people. For groups larger than 40, the party will be split into two buses.

What is the age limit for the Nightclub on Wheels experience?
The Nightclub on Wheels experience is for ages 21 and over only.

Can I smoke or bring food onboard?

Neither food nor smoking are allowed while onboard the vehicle.
